Ice Bath

After a hot infrared sauna session, there is no better way to end your Zadig experience than with a cold plunge therapy session.

Cold therapy activates the body’s natural healing abilities and helps promote better health and overall wellbeing. Benefits of cold plunging include: decreased inflammation, boosted metabolism, increased focus & energy, helps build resilience to adverse environments and stimulus.

Challenge yourself and stay immersed in our 7 degrees celsius ice bath for about two to five minutes. Our guests must shower before going into the ice bath room and swimwear must be worn. One towel per person will be provided.

Red Light Therapy

Enjoy the combined benefits of an Infrared Sauna and Red Light Therapy in one session!

Red Light Therapy is the combination of natural Red light (650nm) and Near Infrared (850nm) wavelengths. Red light is visible and near whereas infrared light is invisible to the human eye.

Benefits of using red light therapy include: reduction of chronic and acute pain, skin rejuvenation, wound healing, muscle recovery, reduced inflammation, reducing fatigue, improved sleep, fighting depression and anxiety.

Our red light therapy tower is attached to our sauna door and is able to treat your whole body. Include 20 minutes of Red Light Therapy in your 50 minute infrared sauna session.

Note - Red Light Therapy session must be purchased with an infrared sauna session.
